Great science to support it all.
I am not A big fan of doc movies. But my friends wanted to watch the movie so I gave it a chance and I really became a big fan. It’s a proper documentary. If you like health films, I recommend you to check out this movie. Very insightful on the paleo diet and great science to support it all.

A amazingly well put together and informative film
OK so I may be slightly biased as I am one of the featured people in the film but I attended the preview on Monday which was the first time I have seen any of the shot footage and I was really very impressed with the finished product.

I have to say the film has been shot and put together brilliantly and is a real credit to the dedication and time the team have put in. It’s very informative with some great stories and inspiration for those looking to start following a Paleo Diet, those already doing so or anyone looking for interesting information on healthy eating and lifestyle choices.

Featuring some of the industries leading experts and people who have changed their lives for the better there is something for everyone and a real balance of experience and knowledge.

Well done guys, here is to the success of the project, it has been a pleasure being part of it and getting to know you all.
