Lol, this is something very different then it’s predecessor
Well what can we say here, it’s good. Especially for being a gay flick.

It has basically nothing to do with the previous movie other then the main actor being the same.

There is a bit of borrowing from another movie at one point which turn out laughable, but overall it’s a good watch.

I didn’t like it
“Tonight It’s You” is among the most recent filmmaking efforts by American writer and director Dominic Haxton. It runs for 17 minutes approximately although this includes a great deal of credits too. People keep pushing this one as a defining gay-themed horror (short) film, but I would not really agree. The homosexuality part in the first half added almost nothing to the overall picture and the horror elements felt generic and stereotypical without making an impact at all. The acting wasn’t particularly good either. I think that the idea and general plot weren’t too bad honestly, but the talent and execution just weren’t there for a convincing outcome sadly. It is a pity to be honest as the potential for a better work was certainly there. I also think that this was better than Haxton’s “Tonight It’s Me”, but not by much really. The weakest moment in here was probably the exorcism scene and I felt this one looked really amateurish and for the sake of it. This was when the film wasn’t even an atmospheric watch. So personally I give it a big thumbs-down unfortunately. Not recommended at all.
