They Got to This Point
A young woman works at seeding clouds to produce rain in a desert climate. Apparently, this is what the earth has become. There are forces working against her but she is pretty enterprising. This is a cut above most of what we see here. What I’m not sure of is why there is combat taking place. Otherwise it is visually quite accomplished.
