Nice enough movie
Seems a nice enough, mythologic flick.

Unfortunately, the mythology of my upbringing doesn’t involve the myths of Finland.

So, I am left to wonder of their stories, and watch this story as a Foreign Film. Which for me, it is.

Still, it is a Hero Tale. Something that seems common and transcends cultural boundaries. Initially, the animation seemed simple; simplistic would be a better term. Especially for one raised on the Hanna-Barbera offerings of the ’60s and ’70s.

I recommend Youse sit back and enjoy a fun story for a Winter’s night.
