One of the worst indie slashers
THE LURKING is one of the worst indie slashers that I’ve had the misfortune to see. Everything about it screams amateur. The loose narrative sees a couple of annoying stoners strolling through the woods while random victims are being bumped off all around them. There’s some creativity in the methods of death utilised here, but the execution is extremely lame, rendering the movie as a whole laughable.
