THE 28TH DAY: THE WRATH OF STEPH is a wannabe possession movie made on no budget whatsoever. There isn’t much supernatural content which is due to the film’s almost entire lack of budget, and instead this is more like a slow-paced character drama. There’s a great deal of wandering around, some very bad supporting actors chewing the scenery, and a not-bad shooting style. It’s a pity that the writer has no idea what they’re trying to achieve here.
