Amazing and unique shots with some Finnish folklore
This is a short documentary about the forests in Northern Finland and the folklore the Finnish people created. The team working on this documentary really knew what they where doing because most of the shots looked amazing! I really liked that they had some unique shots that I hadn’t seen before in other documentaries.
I did feel that the score was a bit overdone and present at times.
Personally I don’t care much for folklore so it didn’t add anything for me. Luckily they kept the narration to a minimum so I could just really enjoy the stunning images.
As somebody who has visited that part of Finland (I’m Dutch) it was really nice to see the stunning environment again so 8/10.
