A fun ride
I got a pre-release viewer for Suicide Blonde and was not disappointed. My friends and I must have watched this cool and sexy little film at least a dozen times. Every party I’m invited to the host begs me to bring the tape so he/she can show it at the bash. Everyone digs the look, the music, and the pacing of this action flick. I personally love the lead actress “Angel Boris” a Playmate Centerfold. She is so sexy and hot like the cheerleader you had a crush on in high school. Not only is she “eye-candy”, but also unlike most of these crime/action movies this chick actually kicks ass and is as tough as she is sexy. My only complaint is even though I realize this movie was shot on a very small budget, I think the filmmakers should have shown more of the locale–South Beach. That would have given this film a little more gloss.

It’s a retro look at the classic good guy/bad guys movie.
I checked out Suicide Blonde in 1999 at the Fort Lauderdale Film Fest. The quality of the movie really impressed me considering it was done I heard on a shoestring budget. I really dug the action scenes and the movie’s quirky characters kept my interest. My only criticisms would be that for my taste the film had a little too much nudity and the shootouts were intensely graphic. I would certainly recommend this film to all my friends and family, although maybe not to my grandparents.
