I was on the PLUTO channel looking for something to watch on their “Documentaries” section and “Sugar!” (the fiction feature) popped up instead of the docu “Sugar Sisters” tho listed under the latter’s title. “Sugar!” is NOT a documentary but this lucky mistake of the universe did provide me with some middle-aged lady issues and MUSIC!! Despite the shortcomings of the plot, the music (lead by Broadway Tony-winner Alice Ripley) was great. So if you ask me if you should watch this, well, if you’re over 40, then I say: “I do.” #Aliceisawesome
