Bloody Brilliant!!!!
Steve and the rest of the crew did an amazing job of documenting a little known portion of Punk Rock History and The Trenton Area scene.A great mix of the local culture of Trenton at the time and music scene that City Gardens provided. Yeah, you could go to New York or Philly, but there was something special about City Gardens that made it feel like home even if the place was a dump, it was OUR dump.
I wasted a good portion of my teenage years going to all ages shows there and I just want to thank Steve, Gail and Randy for the memories.
Definitely worth the purchase if you’re a fan of the 80’s punk scene. Especially if you were there.
If not: YOU DON’T KNOW MAN!!!!! YOU WEREN’T THERE!!!!!!
