I think these one star reviews have their own motivation
Look, if you’ve ever had any love for the fine folks at Troma, this would be high art at Troma, way better acting and production values. The jokes are slightly smarter too. It’s fun for what it is, a low budget horror parody.

So Bad I Loved It
The other reviewer I guess didn’t see the charm – but I laughed a lot! I know ALL of the dialog was over dubbed so I guess the budget was so low, they couldn’t record the sounds on set. But this take Halloween, Psycho, Carrie and mix them up with the presidential campaign and you have yourself a fun midnight movie.
