Would have preferred an hour of Jian Yang
Big fan of HBO Silicon Valley and read his book which was great so had high hopes. I’m Asian and I felt like I should have laughed more. I chuckled a couple times and one time I laughed, but otherwise I thought it fell short. Not cringe like TJ Miller’s attempt on HBO, but not especially laugh out loud. If you are a fan of SV then you should give it a try but for me I wouldn’t watch it again.

This special is great. He’s hilarious. Hip Asian ???????? Watch for yourself and laugh. His routine hits home for everyone and bits about his parents had me laughing out loud.
