Hate crime? No, Boring* Crime
Poorly simulated choke / hitting / r*pe scenes. Super fake violence in general. Almost no actual blood or torture throughout the entire movie, if you pay attention it’s nothing more than * we walked in on this scene with a bit of blood *.

If your going to attempt making a shock torture porn movie at least do it right. The plot and reasoning behind the film was so believable it truly was a wasted film / plot.

This is just soft core Atroz.

Also, what a lame attempt to end the movie on some wholistic “80,000 hAtE cRiMeS” like this had anything to do with your movie.

Ultra-Violent Depiction of Despicable Crimes Against Humanity
An innocent family is celebrating their smallest child’s birthday as suddenly the door swings open and three masked neo-Nazis invade their home. They beat on the mother, kill the youngest son and drag the family to the cellar, where the family is faced with unspeakable terror. But as the maniacs start to lose hold of the situation, a fight for life and death ensues.

James Cullen Bressack’s film certainly deserves to be labeled a “terror film”. The terror starts directly after the credits, no introduction, no waste of time. The three aggressors enter the house and start raping, murdering and torturing the frightened family. Instead of letting the viewer get into the mood, the film immediately unleashes a violent chaos which should definitely be a bit too much to handle for a modern day mainstream horror audience.

One of the films many strengths is its structure. Due to its shortness and directness, there is no time for taking breath, the film puts constant stress on the viewer, a fact which is emphasized by the shaky camera and the constant screams of drug-induced violent frenzy and terror. I know this statement may seem somehow obsolete nowadays with all the CGI and big budget productions, but HATE CRIME is friggin authentic and realistic. In some ways it may remind the well-cultured gorehound of the August Underground films, although it would be wrong to directly compare the two works to each other, as HC relies has a well-developed plot and suspense and doesn’t merely rely on showing an assortment of atrocities. Although some of the scenes are very nasty, maybe even bordering on obscenity. The psychological aspect is what really gets to you though, the whole film has a menacing aura of unease to it, even the scenes not depicting graphic imagery are disturbing due to the overall realism of the movie. These gentlemen surely know their craft! Hate Crime certainly isn’t free of flaws but all in all the film works out great. Few films nowadays have the power to traumatize an audience as this unconventional bad boy does. HC comes highly recommended to all fans of transgressive sicko flicks, terror cinema and those who do not quench their eyes when confronted to the brutal truths of human society. But be warned: this movie is sick, highly disturbing and twisted. This is the kind of stuff that gets people seriously offended and may cause permanent damage to an unsuspecting viewer. It is also the kind of stuff any gorehound would like in his collection. Don’t get me wrong though: under all the layers of filth and depravity one can see the moral statement the makers had in mind when shooting HC. This is quite an important film in its way, and it’s a shame that nobody has yet had the guts to release it on DVD. Pity, I bet this flick would sell really well.
