A slow ride with a crash and bang finish…
Kinda pretentious indie drama about depression, drug addiction, the struggle of trying to get by and trying to get home. It’s a pretty compelling story, just a bit let down by some dodgy dialogue here and there and a few of the cast not pulling their weight. I enjoyed the last 30 minutes or so a lot, it gets pretty insane and intense. Not that the first hour was bad or anything…just kinda felt like it was walking a straight path for too long. Decent enough.

Good, but falls short on its realism at times!!!!!
This is about as good as you get to a flashback to the Trainspotting glory, although T.S. was the ultimate realistic look at the junkie world Gutterbug has parts that make me question the raw authenticity it’s attempting to achieve!
