Watch: Guns Akimbo 2019 123movies, Full Movie Online – Miles is stuck in a dead-end programming job. Still in love with his ex-girlfriend Nova, he spends his waking hours between pining for her and scouring the internet as a social-justice troll, cowardly leaving anonymous insults to those who post objectionable content online. Meanwhile a cyber-gang, called Skizm, is running an ultra-violent game across his city, in which violent criminals fight to the death for the entertainment of an online audience of millions. Miles feels safe and secure insulting the sick audience of this game, but soon finds himself abducted and thrust into the game, forced to fight with an insane, gun-crazed, escaped lunatic. His only tools, but also his biggest handicap, are the two huge pistols that have been literally bolted onto his hands. Initially, Miles’ lifetime of running from his problems pays off as he – barely – manages to elude his seemingly unstoppable opponent, but when Nova’s life is threatened unless he takes an active part in the game, he must finally stop running and overcome his fears to fight for the girl he loves..
Plot: An ordinary guy suddenly finds himself forced to fight a gladiator-like battle for a dark website that streams the violence for viewers. In order to survive and rescue his kidnapped ex-girlfriend, he must battle Nix, a heavily armed and much more experienced fighter.

I’ve made no secret about my opinions on Samara Weaving, but I was more than willing to give _Guns Akimbo_ a chance anyway. I wouldn’t say I regret that decision, but I was underwhelmed. I’m going to use a term here that I have not used unironically in… God, maybe, genuinely, over a decade, because I don’t know how else to describe _Guns Akimbo_: _Guns Akimbo_ is fuckin’ **tryhard**. It’s so desperately ~~edgy~~, in a way that tries to emulate works I do love, but goes too far too clumsily. I didn’t hate it, at all, but I was very **aware** of what this movie was trying to be, where a better film might have kept me to entertained to notice.

_Final rating:★★½ – Had a lot that appealed to me, didn’t quite work as a whole._

There’s definite cheap fun to be had here, just try not to go in with expectations too high. This was potential wasted, but at least we always have ‘Deathgasm’ to fall back on.

Slacker coder Miles Lee Harris (Daniel Radcliffe) is trying to get back with his ex Nova. He likes to troll other online trolls. He makes the wrong enemy in Skizm, an underground killing-for-entertainment society. They follow their leader Riktor in breaking into his apartment and knocking him out. He wakes up with two guns bolted to his hands. He receives texts telling him that he has 24 hours to kill expert player Nix (Samara Weaving).

The premise is fun but it can get repetitive and tiresome. It reminds me a lot of Crank which is a bit better than this. Radcliffe has this adorable personality which keeps the movie going for the first half. At some point, the concept wears thin and the movie loses the thread. I’m not sure if it’s Nix’s convoluted story or the unrelenting action grind. It stops mattering. So it’s fun for a good while and then it’s not.
