Made in Brazil, for Brazilians
If you’re not from Brazil you may not understand the jokes presented in the movie. A lot of the scenes are based on Hollywood clichês (specially B. Hills Cop) and the comments we usually make on them. And most of the time the jokes are based on Brazilian internal jokes and stereotypes only we are aware of. It’s even complicated to explain them. I can understand people who don’t like it. But as a Brazilian I like it a lot.

What was that? How this has 6.3 Imdb? I can’t even imagine this. It was something that you could see in 2000s’ and it would be maximum 6/10. In nowadays drop this to us it’s just an insult. Acting was terrible, plot didn’t make sense, special effects were hideous. First time seeing such boring acting and lack of identity in movie. Daddy jokes didn’t add value to this. If this would be parody of movie then yeah, I might give it a 5 but now it’s just terrible. Netflix has to stop adding such low quality movies. Don’t watch it.
