I gave a copy to my best friend. he returned to me saying that it was the best thing that I’d done for him and his wife – it made her visit a psychiatrist to deal with her childhood trauma.

Thereafter, I had the joy of listening to the back catalogue. And then ‘Argue With A Tree’ became my favourite live album.

‘Get Back Up’ is brutally honest in our world of lies. I now understand why Blue October is one of the most underrated bands.
