Italian-made indie horror dud
EVIL SHERRY is a quite dreadful little film, made in Italy with the characters speaking English. What you get are three characters in a single room, two of them women who are chained up and the third a guy who is their captor. The whole film is some kind of psychological thriller with one of the women schizophrenic, talking to herself in scenes a bit like the Gollum/Smeagol conversations in THE TWO TOWERS. Is she crazy or is she possessed? Do you even care?

The answer is no, not really, because this is a quite dreadful movie. It’s cheap and nasty-looking, with an overexposed camera making the whole thing look fake and amateurish. The acting is non-existent as is the actual incident in the story. Add in the consistently laughable dialogue and you have no reason to tune in.
