Random Horror Anthology
Since this is just random shorts slapped together for a movie going to judge each individually as I am watching it.

1) missed the title – random dude tortured reason revealed at twist ending – torture porn ok ending 2) one careful owner – guy tortures car dealer for revenge – probably shouldn’t have followed the first one felt very similar not great better than last 3) the makeover – very short demon gets a makeover – liked it 4) the allotment – punks attack gardening old man his friend avenges him – it was ok 5) 2 careful owners – some fluff from before the first 1 then picks up where it left off. longest clip so far shakes it up a bit which is for the better- liked it. 6) red wolf pines – cowboys shoot someone up and they get whats coming to them seemed slow for a quick finish- the audio seemed badly dubbed but i appreciate the Wilhelm 7) mister samhain – cosplay documentary not sure why it was included other than the one they followed likes horror cosplay. – interesting but should not have been included

Listless indie horror anthology
APOCALYPTIC HORROR is a collection of indie horror shorts which have no real theme or motive. They’re presented as the cream of the crop but on viewing I have to disagree. The first couple of tales are British in origin and merely go down the routine ‘torture porn’ approach with various captive persons being abused and tortured by their captors. Later on, there’s a fireside story and finally a bizarre interlude at a comic convention in which various cosplayers run around and pretend to be horror icons. It’s all rather listless and tedious.
