Makes me want to check out the OG Titans cartoon.
I went into this with little experience with the TT beyond the godawful live action show, and boy howdy am I glad I did! For one thing I thought it was really cool that it was the same bunch of voice actors from the original cartoon (at least I think it was the original, in 2003?) And for another they managed what few before them have: skirting the line between farce and action comedy. The villains and heroes alike do things that are utterly ridiculous, but still they manage to come together into a big climax, albeit one supported by a musical number. All in all great fun and now I’m going to see about streaming the original show. 9/10 Stars.
