Very mediocre film
I honestly question the truth behind some of these reviews. Very apparent that they don’t match the film once you watch it.

Bad acting, uninteresting storyline and just tries too hard.

I walked out.

I’m not going to rate this highly just because I should support local talent. Let’s call an apple and apple and a sub par movie a sub par movie.

Not good.

Aussie Blockbuster wannabe
I watched this film because it was a trying to make an Australian Blockbuster, without knowing that it was a sequel. Not that it really maters for good or bad. Maybe the first part is better, but I probably won’t watch it after this. This really should be study in a “How to make a generic Blockbuster” class. From the Avengers’ poster to the last detail of the film, we are in derivative terrain. The typical busy direction and editing of the action scenes, terrible dialogs, uninspired cinematography, bad actors, generic plot, boring and unconvincing CGI effects (and a massive amount of them), overlong… At least it has some regional touches, but little else.
