Informative, Professional and Respectful
I highly recommend this documentary if you would like to know more about how obesity looks on the inside. What is shown is a post mortem, very respectfully and professionally done, on an obese deceased lady. It made me think afterwards about my own health. Watching this documentary could propel someone towards a better and more healthy lifestyle. A bit of a warning: This documentary is very graphic, obviously, so not for the faint of heart.
Worth watching.
3/12/18. This is a professionally done documentary that features the conducting of an autopsy on a severely obese woman. While graphic, the clinical approach makes this a watchable educational program in which you can actually see how excessive fat overburdens the human body. It’s best to lose excess weight, but that is really hard for most people. Part of the problem is the food supply itself and the effects of obesogens, and other part is genetics. Still, daily exercise is helpful to make the most of trying to eat healthy.
