Plot: A harsh TV personality, Jennifer, needs a break from her own life, so she hops into a car and drives to a small town mountain retreat. On her way there a blizzard veers off the road and she crashes. When she comes to she has complete amnesia and a friendly passerby takes her in. As time passes she still doesn’t remember who she is and the friendly passerby, a widower himself with three kids, assimilates her into his family. But as she slowly starts remembering who she is, she prefers the new life she’s built in the small town.

I really enjoyed the band at the Christmas Party but I cannot find a credit for them.

Sweet fanily movie with very likeable characters.
My wife and I watch a lot of Hallmark movies, but this one stands out head and shoulders. The plot line was familiar but it did not matter. Mira Sorvino and Tim Matheson were perfectly cast as a single father bringing in a woman, who suffered memory loss in a car accident during a retreat from the hectic pace of New York city life, into his home of three adorable children. The woman discovers who she really is by interacting with this family. The sweetness that comes forward from these interactions is uplifting and pleasant to watch. Tim Matheson plays a father that practices virtue and restraint in his interactions with adult females in the movie given his widower status. Both characters show unselfish love toward each other and the children. The ending is predictable but who cares? It’s what is best for both of the main characters and shows that family trumps career. That is as it should be. This movie is a ray of hope in this dying culture we live in. We loved it.
