Classified as Terrible
A plotline that’s been done many times before and with far greater success. Classified zigzags from ridiculous to wooden without warning. The abject quality of the dialogue is only matched by its delivery, and in the movies dullest and cringiest moments, you can almost see Aaron Eckhart thinking that he hopes the cheque clears. Nothing about this movie is believable, from the backstory to relationships between the main characters. Poor casting, poor dialogue and poor audience. I would say this movie is bottom of the barrel, but that would imply that it’s contained in some way. Looking at previous work from the director and the main actors I am surprised that any of them even signed up for this. If you literally have nothing else to do, and that includes going to the dentist or housework, then watch this movie.

Aaron Eckhart Why Oh Why?
Aaron Eckhart is a great actor and this is not a great movie!

Poor script and poor acting through out the whole movie!

The plot of the movie is basically that Aaron Eckhart gets more flash backs in a movie than Steven Segal does in his naff B- Movie genre films.

The two main characters have zero chemistry and the blonde actress needs to go on a harsh diet because her body frame took a lot of the camera focus up!

I am having to spread my review out to meet the written words requirement which is just as bad in having to watch the whole of the movie.

Aaron Eckhart sack your agent and avoid European financed movies going forward because this movie sucked. 1/10 Terrible & Boring!

Tragically Flawed
Seldom, if ever, have I seen a more brilliant concept so poorly executed than here in the movie Classified. With so much potential it seems almost impossible that such a terrible script could be written and impossible to accept actions that are taken in this film. Aaron Eckhart and Tim Roth both have done and deserve so much better than the characters they played in this movie. And Abigail Breslin was totally miscast as Kasey Walker. The gun battles were far too many and seemed never-ending. But the worst aspect of them was their complete unbelievability e.g. Sitting in a small car getting shot up with automatic weapons fire but the bullets just bounce off or fail to penetrate. Believe me, even handgun bullets will pass through the doors, windows, side panels and trunks of a regular automobile. In the hands of a far more talented writer and director this could have been one of the best films of the year. Instead, we witness one of the worst. Aaron and Tim, please be more careful in the roles you accept. This kind of movie can be a career killer.
