With a heart
The characters ring true. There are some well acted heartfelt moments, but also some quite funny ones. The women were strong and independent, the men too, although they sometimes needed a nudge. I especially loved Juana in her role.

Bossing around
Or is it horsing around? No pun intended – especially because no horses are actually involved here. The main boss here has quite a few issues. He is not the most likeable. It is not because he couldn’t be – we can guess I reckon ourselves why he became the way he is now.

I think the performance gives away a few things, that make it easier to guess. There is also the script or the way the story evolves. We see him and how he finds his inner child again. He is fed up with his job anyway … he’s not happy at all. But he has money and he was the one who was there from the start (with someone else) … what does that mean? Well you have to watch to get that answer.

A fun little movie – it will not be for everyone and the pacing may feel weird. There is also the age gap between our two main characters. But if you can’t suspend your disbelief, you will have issues with other things too. Just go with the flow, accept the very flawed main character and try to be either understanding or remember it is just a movie.
